Shipping & Returns
All items (except for those on pre-order) will be shipped out within 4 working days. Please allow extra time during holidays.
Any duties and taxes will need to be covered by the customer.
Shipping within the UK is free and sent via Royal Mail.
International shipping is £6.90, or free on orders over £70 and sent via Royal Mail.
All pre-orders should be paid in advance, and shipped out on the date given in the item(s) description.
You must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it.
Please contact email@example.com with any return requests.
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and un-used; in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn and complete with their original labels still attached. Please note, postage costs will not be refunded. Eyland Jewellery will not be liable for returns if the jewellery is scratched or has any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
Customers will incur the cost of returns.
Eyland Jewellery take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the shipping costs.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons it is not possible to return earrings.
We would advise the Customer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items. Any returns, which have not been refunded, will indicate that Eyland Jewellery has not received the returned items and this will therefore need to be investigated. This investigation procedure can take up to 15 working days to complete and during this period no refunds will be processed until the parcel has been found and the returned items received by Eyland Jewellery in re-sellable condition.
Should the Customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. Eyland Jewellery is not liable for any lost returns.
